Requirements:

Entry Level/Junior Positions:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related) OR equivalent practical experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic problem-solving abilities

Mid-Level to Senior Positions:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools
  • Excellence in data visualization and presentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working in a remote/freelance capacity (preferred)
Technical Skills:

Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:

Essential Skills (Entry Level):
  • Excel/Google Sheets
  • Basic SQL or willingness to learn
  • Basic data visualization skills
  • Report generation
  • Data entry and validation
Advanced Skills (Mid to Senior Level):
  • SQL and database querying
  • Python or R for data analysis
  • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Statistical analysis software
  • ETL tools and processes
