Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Insights Analyst to join our Sales Operations team.
This critical role will focus on harnessing the power of data to drive revenue growth, optimize inventory management, and minimize operational inefficiencies.
Main Responsibilities:- Data Forecasting & Analysis: Develop accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels. Identify trends in historical sales, seasonal patterns, and product lifecycle.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards providing visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational metrics. Deliver reporting packages to key stakeholders. Develop new reports and data solutions to support evolving business needs.
- ERP Management & Optimization: Serve as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external teams. Ensure APIs are correctly connected and functioning, troubleshooting as needed. Query, audit, and optimize ERP integrations to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Craft complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets. Leverage AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and enhance forecasting precision.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SQL, BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and experience working with ERP systems and managing integrations and API connections. Familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is a significant advantage.
