Job Title: Business Data Insights Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving business decisions with data-driven insights, you will leverage your strong understanding of data handling and analytics to excel in this position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis using Zoho Analytics and SQL to support strategic growth and inform business decisions.
  • Design and maintain efficient data models and databases, ensuring accurate and reliable data management.
  • Develop and implement data visualization reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring seamless data collection and management.
  • Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and implement data collection processes, optimizing data workflows for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis, unlocking valuable insights from complex data sets.
  • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Provide expert support for CRM-related issues and queries, ensuring timely resolution and optimal user experience.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Data Insights Specialist or similar role, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus, enabling further automation and optimization of data workflows.
  • Solid experience with Zoho, including data visualization and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a great plus, offering expanded opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), enhancing report development and presentation.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, facilitating deeper understanding of data storage and retrieval.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices, ensuring responsible data handling and compliance.
