Seeking a results-driven data professional to drive business growth through data analysis and insights.

About the Role

You will create a exceptional user experience for mobile app users by measuring and analyzing user behavior, contributing to decision-making processes regarding future app directions. As a valued member of our data-driven team, you will provide support and share knowledge as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement data measurement plans, creating reports and dashboards that inform business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with engineers to develop measurement specifications for new features.
  3. Participate in agile product development teams, attending standups, brainstorming sessions, planning, and backlog refinements.
  4. Plan and analyze A/B testing to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

Required Skills

  • Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics, with proficiency in SQL and data exports.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, including average, mean, quantiles, correlation, and other key concepts.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to collect and analyze data to generate business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with BI-Tools like Google Data Studio, BigQuery, or Tableau.
  • Experience with LTV calculations and predictions.
  • Thorough knowledge of global apps and marketing ecosystems.
  • Basic knowledge in a programming or scripting language.
  • Expertise in planning and conducting A/B tests.
