Key Role: Business Insight Professional

This position involves interpreting and analyzing complex data to generate valuable insights that guide business decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
  • Lead workshops to uncover challenges and opportunities for improvement in the organization.
  • Translate business processes into measurable KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop reliable analytics and reporting using Power BI.
  • Build and refine analytical models, dashboards, or data sets.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
  • Support documentation of KPIs and contribute to a trusted source-of-truth semantic layer in Power BI.
  • Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
