Business Insights Analyst

We're looking for a skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leveraging data to create innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making and business acumen to lead market intelligence efforts and run sales tests.
  • Create economic models to evaluate the value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and improve sales performance.
  • Manage and coordinate projects across sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations, and BD teams to enhance the merchant experience and achieve targets.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
  • Advanced SQL skills and visualization expertise. Programming experience in Python or other languages is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can distill complex datasets into actionable recommendations. Salesforce experience is highly valued.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, tracking OKRs, and succeeding in fast-paced environments.
Work Arrangement and Schedule

Remote work arrangement with occasional on-site requirements. Flexible schedule with 10pm - 7am PHT and weekends off.
