About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Website Content and Portal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital department, you will be responsible for rebuilding client websites using SwiftFox templated themes.

Your primary goal will be to transform existing site maps and content structures into modern, accessible layouts within the CMS. You will set up and integrate member portals in Umbraco, linked to SwiftFox CRM.

Collaboration with the Creative Director is essential to manage briefs and workload effectively.

It is crucial that websites are well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding. You will track progress and communicate with the team via Notion and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rebuild client websites using SwiftFox templated themes.
  • Transform existing site maps and content structures into modern, accessible layouts within the CMS.
  • Set up and integrate member portals in Umbraco, linked to SwiftFox CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to manage briefs and workload.
  • Ensure websites are well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding.
  • Track progress and communicate with the team via Notion and Microsoft Teams.
Qualifications
  • A strong eye for design and presentation with attention to detail is required.
  • Experience with web or CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred; training provided) is necessary.
  • You should be able to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with web content structures (site maps, navigation, accessibility) is beneficial.
  • Understanding of modern image and graphic formats (e.g., WebP, SVG) and their impact on performance is valuable.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, including responsive graphics and image optimization, is highly desirable.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to adapt content into new formats are essential.
