DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Help develop and execute sales strategies by coordinating with the head office through the immediate superior to identify key market segments and target customer groups, aiming to meet and surpass branch-specific revenue targets.
  2. Implement marketing campaigns tailored to local demographics by engaging with the head office and utilizing digital and traditional platforms to align with the company's brand message and raise awareness within the branch's service area.
  3. Ensure efficient retrieval of water samples and timely delivery of test results by the Sampler to maintain high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
  4. Maintain efficient and compliant laboratory operations by conducting regular audits, enforcing quality controls, and maintaining equipment, in coordination with the head office for consistency in practices and procedures.
  5. Refer concerns and issues beyond one's authority to the immediate superior for proper resolution and support.
  6. Manage administrative functions and coordinate HR and accounting services by maintaining close communication with the head office to ensure alignment with company policies and strategic objectives.
  7. Perform HR functions including staff recruitment, retention, performance management, and professional development, in strict coordination with the head office to align with the company's HR strategies.
  8. Oversee the accounting functions by managing budgets, financial reporting, and invoicing in coordination with the head office, ensuring compliance with financial practices and company strategies.
  9. Ensure the branch's technology infrastructure meets operational and security standards by collaborating with head office IT personnel to facilitate efficient, secure, and consistent technology use.
  10. Compile and deliver detailed performance reports by analyzing sales, laboratory throughput, and quality control data, in close coordination with the head office to ensure reporting standards are met.
  11. Create a work environment that inspires and engages employees and leaders to pursue excellence, and implement employee discipline as necessary to maintain professionalism.
  12. Perform other duties or projects assigned by the Branch Operations Manager, ensuring they are executed in line with the company's work culture and standards.
