Job Title: Support Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by meticulously documenting discussions during meetings with our CEO, assigning tasks to various teams, ensuring follow-ups, and overseeing the implementation of action items.
">Responsibilities:

- Attend and take notes during the CEO's meetings with clients.">
- Update and maintain meeting notes in students' files.">
- Track the CEO's calendar for scheduled meetings.">
- Prepare necessary documents before meetings.">
- Communicate and follow up with other divisions on action items.">
- Other tasks assigned by the management, including but not limited to
- Ghostwriting emails
- Updating trackers
- daily report + accounting hours
- Marketing writing
Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in notetaking, transcription, or copywriting.">
- Graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable university.">
- Willingness to work beyond regular working hours.">
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift.">
- Background in the educational field is a plus.">
- Experience working for a company that offers study abroad programs is an advantage.">
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.">
- Familiarity with Google Suite.">
- Excellent written communication skills, including sentence construction, syntax, grammar, capitalization, and usage of punctuation marks.">
