Collection Team Leader Job

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our collection team. As a Collection Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of collectors, ensuring recovery targets are met, and handling escalated accounts while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of collectors to achieve set targets
  • Ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Handle escalated accounts in a professional and compliant manner
  • Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in collections
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fintech/lending experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila
