Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning Innovation Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Learning Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and implementing blended learning training programs that drive business growth.

You will work closely with our global operation to conceptualize and execute curricula that meet the needs of our customers. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that align with our business goals.

As a member of our world-class team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to influence and drive results. Your self-starting nature and goal-oriented approach will be valuable assets in this role.

Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will allow you to effectively present ideas and solutions to our clients and internal teams. You will also be responsible for documenting tools and applications used for customer-facing training and serving as a liaison between Learning Innovation and Technology and other L&D, IT, Product, and Sales teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
  • Advanced Internet skills and computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of and practical application in project and process management, especially agile approaches.
  • Advanced Office skills (especially Excel) and PowerBI.
