Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Learning and Development

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on learning innovations, partnering with business leaders, and technology teams to improve business processes and gather insights on learning utilization and effectiveness.

Gather data requirements, design, develop, and distribute L&D metrics reporting and visualization, leveraging business intelligence reporting. Manage learner groups or analysis, and assignment of EOHS regulatory training in coordination with business partners or training leads.

Support the Value Enablement shared services team in delivering great customer service by providing expertise and enterprise leverage in real estate, procurement, environmental, occupational health, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Gather data business requirements
  • Metrics Reporting: Design, develop and distribute L&D metrics reporting and visualization
  • Learner Management: Manage learner groups or analysis, and assignment of EOHS regulatory training
  • Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements for improved efficiencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Experience in complex problem solving and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI business intelligence reporting and Smartsheet
  • Solid knowledge of latest innovations and emerging trends in leveraging data and providing predictive and prescriptive learning analytics
