Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our financial operations and drive strategic planning. As a key member of our team, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and provide detailed analyses to support decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting process and monitor performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions to maintain optimal cash flow levels.
- Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and coordinate audits with external auditors.
- Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive financial management experience in a software or tech company.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with financial regulations in Mexico.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial planning tools.
As a successful Controller, you will be responsible for driving financial excellence and contributing to the company's growth and success.
