**Remote Job Description:**

Our company is seeking a Business Development Outreach Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential customers into sales opportunities. You will research potential clients, initiate outreach, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Outreach: Identify potential leads through various channels and initiate contact with prospects.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess prospects' needs, budget, and decision-making process to determine their potential as customers.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information to track progress.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct outbound calls, cold emails, and other outreach efforts effectively.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
