Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of POS material projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors (printers, installers, suppliers) to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs; prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Oversee installations, ensure brand and retail compliance, and provide support for field operations when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and project management, preferably in POSM or retail marketing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities are required to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed is a plus.
