Product Analysis Expert

We are seeking a skilled Product Analysis Expert to join our global retail deployment program. This is a full remote position, requiring work in alignment with the Central European Time (CET) timezone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis activities such as interviews, process mapping, and documentation to support solution design.
  • Manage retail projects within global deployment programs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including point of sale (POS) and infrastructure.
  • Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking.
  • Oversee cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve integration issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and service level agreement (SLA) reporting.
  • Provide stakeholder updates, escalate issues, and mentor team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP UI5/Fiori and GK POS setup/troubleshooting, as well as inventory management tools.
  • Experience in infrastructure coordination and electronic funds transfer (EFT) terminal deployment.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, including use cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with incident management and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
