Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of customer-centric solutions
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and customers to support installation of voice and data services
  • Develop knowledge of specific products and understand how end-to-end processes fit together
  • Continually seek ways to improve internal processes and identify problems to solve them
  • Collect and provide customer information to assist internal teams
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with IP networking
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as firewall, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
Bonus Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of PC software and Microsoft Office

This role requires working from home, night shifts, and occasional weekends.
