Technical Support Professional

This role involves working with customers to resolve their queries and issues. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze trends, test and train AI systems regularly, educate and empower users, and build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team and maintain constant communication with the customers.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Test and train AI systems regularly to enhance their capabilities.
- Educate and empower users to get the most out of products.
- Be the technical expert and answer product questions to help customers achieve their business goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational or professional experience.
- 3-5 years of support experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL, and Golang.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think outside the box and build quicker solutions.
