The Customer Experience Associate is an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders. Based in a dynamic office environment, this role requires the ability to multitask and work efficiently with a high level of professionalism.

Main Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management:
    • Provide welcoming support at the reception area, including answering calls, addressing inquiries, and handling mail and deliveries.
    • Coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • General Services / Tenant Services:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and colleagues, providing administrative support and resolving issues promptly.
    • Arrange conference room reservations, coordinate workplace maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • General Admin:
    • Respond to client requests in a timely manner, attending to their needs and concerns.
    • Participate in office tours, marketing events, and provide refreshments to clients.
    • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and coordinate vendor services for clients.
  • General Office Maintenance / Facilities Management:
    • Maintain the office's show-readiness, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
    • Conduct regular facilities walks to identify and address current or urgent issues.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
