Remote Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled administrative assistant to join our team. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity that requires efficient handling of administrative tasks, data management, and support functions to enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client communications through email and other non-voice channels.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
  • Market and manage social media platforms.
  • Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in performing day-to-day tasks.
  • Stay updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
  • Represent company core values effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide critical data and information to leadership teams as required.
  • Perform additional services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Willing to undergo background checking.
  • Fluent in written English.
  • Quiet home office environment.
  • Willing to work on graveyard shifts.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with backup available.
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available.
  • A suitable computer setup with at least 8th-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and Windows or Mac with SSD storage.
