Remote Administrative Support Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full-time remote administrative support to a team based in Australia. This role involves working closely with property managers to streamline compliance, invoicing, and tenant communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process rental applications in a timely manner
  • Send daily rental arrears reports to property managers and issue automated reminder emails to tenants via a specified platform
  • Prepare and issue notices of rent increases using a provided schedule, forwarding copies to property managers
  • Upload gas and electrical compliance reports to tenant files and send copies to property owners through the same platform
  • Prepare documentation for tenant transfers, including transfer forms and direct debit forms, for submission to property managers
  • Assign invoices to property managers for processing and follow up on outstanding requests by liaising with tenants and trades
Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or real estate operations
  • Familiarity with relevant systems is highly desirable
  • A basic understanding of Australian rental property procedures and compliance processes
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach in a remote work setting
