Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our marketing campaigns.

About the Role
  • This is a remote role where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • As a marketing campaign specialist, you will be working closely with our creative team to design and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with designers and video editors to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Managing and maintaining our HubSpot platform to ensure seamless workflows and automation.
  • Providing monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Overseeing re-engagement campaigns targeting alumni, trained individuals, or past clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in consulting, HR tech, or professional services.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, including the ability to craft email templates, nurture sequences, and landing page copy.
  • Strong storytelling and positioning abilities to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling campaigns.
  • HubSpot expertise, including setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience managing and proofing work from designers and video editors.
