
Strategic Partnership Developer

The primary objective of this role is to foster and activate channel partnerships, which will yield Sales-qualified Leads (SQLs) for CreditBPO's Vendor-Risk & SME Rating SaaS. This involves identifying strategic associations, supplier networks, ERP integrators, and fintech ecosystems.
This position requires the ability to research and prioritize 200 target partners within a specified timeframe. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining enrichment fields in HubSpot, including ICP fit and contact tier.
- Research and prioritize 200 target partners by Day 45;
• Maintain enrichment fields in HubSpot: ICP fit, contact tier - Execute a 3-step cadence (email, LinkedIn DM, call) via CRM Sequences;
• Book partner intro calls; coordinate follow-up discovery calls through the Appointment Setter;
• Qualify each partner to SQL definition ≥8 partner-SQLs per week; show-rate ≥60% - Draft partner deck & 2-page joint value proposition;
• Facilitate MOU template sign-off & onboarding playbook;
Signed standard MOU by Month 6; NPS ≥50 from first 3 partners - Weekly sync with Appointment Setter to hand off partner-SQLs;
• Accurately tag revenue attribution & commission splits;
Zero attribution disputes; CRM hygiene ≥95% - Feed talk-track insights back to Marketing;
• A/B test subject lines & call-openers for +10% reply-rate lift by Month 4;
+10% cold-reply lift; documentation in Notion playbook
Required qualifications include 1–2 years' experience in business development, account management, or high-activity sales (SaaS or fintech preferred). The ideal candidate will possess strong research & prospecting skills, comfortable using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and excellent written & verbal English. Additionally, they should be confident presenting to C-suite stakeholders and hold a Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
Success Metrics:
- Weekly: ≥8 partner-generated SQLs booked; ≤10% invalid SQL rate
- Monthly: ≥32 SQL meetings held; partner show-rate ≥60%
- 6-Month Milestone: PHP 1M partner-led ARR and a signed standard MOU template
Career Path:
- Promotion to Partnerships Manager (P-2) with PHP 60,000 base upon achieving the 6-month milestone
- Subsequent paths: Sr. Partnerships Manager → Channel Director
