We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. They will build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBPs to collaborate and drive performance.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules and providing excellent communication to candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding processes and provide timely support.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Quality check offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency, and comply with location-specific laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, preferably in high-growth / fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
