Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to fill the role of Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist. This key position involves sourcing top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit highly qualified nurses for hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care settings
  • Screen candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria (ICU, ER, OR, etc.)
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requisitions to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
  • Utilize advanced Boolean searches and ATS platforms to streamline pipeline tracking and engagement
  • Submit thoroughly vetted candidates with complete documentation
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant licensing and credentialing requirements
  • Continuously assess and adjust sourcing strategies to align with market trends and client feedback
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare talent acquisition or recruitment (travel nursing or acute care preferred)
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is an asset
  • Strong proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent written and spoken English
