French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and proficient Customer Support Specialist to handle French-speaking customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt, clear, and helpful support to French-speaking customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships by personalizing each interaction and demonstrating empathy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- 1+ year of experience in remote/online customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and French.
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is an asset.
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Work from home with a stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds).
- Personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
