Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Experience in designing and managing CRM systems with hands-on/functional consultant experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud implementation.
  • Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer.
  • Ability to drive engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and work independently from onshore/offshore.
  • Experience managing CRM programs for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations.
  • Hands-on experience of Salesforce and good consulting experience is preferred.
Requirements
  • Certification in Salesforce across different Salesforce Clouds.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning is desirable.
About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and managing CRM systems, with hands-on/functional consultant experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud implementation.
