Property Management Assistant
Job Description:This role provides administrative support to the property management team. The Property Management Assistant will help ensure quality and timely service, as well as client retention.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and escalating issues when necessary.
- Executing special projects as directed by the team leader.
- Entering maintenance requests into Property Me software and arranging instructions from rental providers in a timely manner.
- Monitoring outstanding jobs and quotes within Property Me.
- Adding approved invoices to Dropbox for trust accounts and sending them to rental providers if they exceed monthly rent.
- Arranging lease renewals according to rental provider instructions and ensuring safety compliance has been arranged with contractors.
- Following up on reminders and tasks within Property Me.
- Scheduling routine inspections for property managers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and have knowledge of property management principles. Proficiency in using Property Me software is also required.
