Virtual Assistant for E-commerce Operations

The role of a Virtual Assistant in our e-commerce operations is to provide exceptional customer service, manage orders efficiently, and collaborate with the logistics team. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment tracking.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
