About This Role

As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple online stores.

You will work with a fast-paced team that is guided by core values such as continuous improvement and empathy.

Your primary focus will be on managing orders, returns, refunds, shipping, and administrative updates with accuracy.

You will also respond to product enquiries, investigate delivery issues, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via email and live chat.
  • Manage orders, returns, refunds, shipping, and administrative updates with precision.
  • Respond to product enquiries using fitment guides and brand resources.
  • Investigate WISMO (Where Is My Order) queries, including follow-ups with shipping providers.
  • Apply goodwill gestures, such as credits, in line with customer satisfaction guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records across systems and processes, using Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Collaborate with the onshore Customer Service team, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brands.
  • Demonstrates proactive follow-ups and maintains clear documentation.
  • Proactive attitude, strong initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ticketing systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet KPIs.
