Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or administration, with strong English communication skills (written and verbal). They will also be familiar with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and accurately
  • Manage administrative tasks effectively, including tolls and parking tickets
  • Deliver excellent customer service through various channels
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with social media management and content creation
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration
  • Marketing background or experience is an asset
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective phone handling and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
