This Clinical Revenue Cycle Specialist role is critical in helping us achieve this goal by managing patient accounts, collecting payments, and facilitating smooth financial transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collections, follow-up, denial management, claims payment processing tracking and status, and appeals for hospital processes.
  • Gathering support data to ensure invoice accuracy.
  • Interacting with customers to monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 months experience of Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections in a BPO setting or environment.
  • Familiarity with UB Claims and knowledge in UB04 forms.
  • Experience in medical billing/AR Collections.
  • Background in calling insurance (Payer) to verify claim status and payment dispute.
