Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commerce Coordinator to drive sales performance and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Optimization: Analyze data, trends, and customer behavior to maximize sales revenue.
  • Team Coordination: Schedule and organize team activities to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Goal Setting and Alignment: Collaborate with Team Leaders and Key Account Managers to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Project Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and critical metrics regularly.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of each team member monthly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in FMCG Category is preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce platform sales, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience working as an e-commerce specialist on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is essential.
