Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide Client Success: Help clients navigate the upgrade process from basic to advanced platforms, providing expert guidance every step of the way.
  • Demonstrate Solutions: Showcase software capabilities, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades, to educate clients on the benefits of our solutions.
  • Meet Revenue Targets: Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet monthly recurring revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management, sales development, or similar quota-carrying roles.
  • Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline.
