We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Marketing Operations Specialist.

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional calendar management, inbox organization, and document maintenance skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, experience supporting coaches in growing their social media and marketing presence, and proficiency in using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for events.
  • Drafting replies, following up with leads, and keeping CRM systems updated.
  • Maintaining Notion, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Kajabi folders and workflows.
  • Organizing SOPs and backend systems for easy delegation and team growth.
  • Assisting with event coordination, including managing retreat logistics and collaborating with the executive's wife and team.
  • Scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
  • Utilizing AI tools to draft messages, brainstorm outreach copy, summarize notes, build reports, and templates, and support decision-making and communication.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience supporting coaches in growing their social media and marketing presence, proficiency in using AI tools, ability to organize and create clarity from chaos, fluent in English, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, passionate about personal growth, mentorship, and meaningful work.
