Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, inbox, meetings, and travel with precision and attention to detail.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Office Administration & Team Support
  • Oversee general office operations, including supplier management and internal processes.
  • Coordinate logistics, events, and internal communications to ensure a cohesive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support efficient office functions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on basic financial tasks as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a senior leader in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Proficiency in event management and/or social media management is a plus; ability to learn and adapt quickly.
