Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Manage daily posting schedules for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ensure posts align with brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and marketing calendars
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions
  • Trend Monitoring & Analytics
  • Track and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
  • Provide regular/monthly reports with insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach
  • Suggest innovative content ideas based on trending Gen Z and Millennial audiences
  • Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Write compelling short-form and long-form copy for social media, website, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Assist in creating multimedia content (images, videos, reels, stories) in collaboration with the creative team
  • Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and storytelling concepts tailored to each platform
  • Campaign Support & Reporting
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaign rollouts, product launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Help brainstorm creative concepts and execute them effectively across digital platforms
  • Coordinate with malls and leasing/marketing teams to ensure mall mileage (visibility, branding placements, and promotions) are maximized
  • Track and prepare reports on mall mileage executions (posters, digital screens, banners, in-mall events, etc.)
  • Assist in monitoring email marketing campaigns, tracking open rates, click-throughs, and overall performance

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field is required. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, copywriting, or digital marketing is preferred.
