Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities by coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Monitor purchase orders, inventory levels, and stock replenishment needs, alerting the immediate head of low stock levels, overstock situations, or potential stockouts to facilitate timely ordering and replenishment.
  • Manage and make follow-ups on deliveries and new purchase orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on purchase order status and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, tracking shipments and resolving logistics issues as needed.
  • Distribute office correspondence (e.g. letters and emails) and proper documentation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as necessary.
