The role of a Logistics Administrative Coordinator entails facilitating the efficient operation of our logistics department. Primary responsibilities include processing logistics invoices, supporting administrative tasks vital to logistics operations, and coordinating logistics processes.
Main Responsibilities- Process logistics invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely processing in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, including accrual reports, by providing data analysis and insights.
- Coordinate logistics operations, encompassing inventory management and transportation coordination, to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and documentation related to logistics operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee synchronized logistics processes.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain support roles.
- Familiarity with FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume product environments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to AU or US logistics processes and invoicing is a significant advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data tracking, is mandatory.
- Familiarity with MS Office and logistics/ERP platforms is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective coordination across departments.
- A basic understanding of ISO, HACCP, and internal safety standards is essential.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment is crucial.
- A fixed day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
