About the role

As a Logistic Specialist at LTE CONCRETE SOLUTIONS, INC.', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in Quezon City Metro Manila and will see you working closely with the broader team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials and goods.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the receipt, storage and distribution of raw materials, finished goods and other inventory items.
  2. Coordinating transportation and logistics to optimize delivery times and costs.
  3. Maintaining accurate stock records and managing inventory levels to meet production and customer demands.
  4. Liaising with suppliers, carriers and other stakeholders to resolve any logistical issues.
  5. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  6. Preparing detailed reports and performance metrics to track key logistics KPIs.
  7. Supervising and training logistics personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, preferably within the transport or warehousing industries.
  2. With knowledge in Import and export.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in the use of logistics management software and data analysis tools.
  5. Working knowledge of relevant regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.
  6. Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
