Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our team. As a Shopify Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service.

Responsibilities
  • Order Management:
    • Process client orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently
    • Maintain accurate records of replacement products to ensure seamless pick/pack/ship processes
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service
    • Record and track customer replacements, reporting on trends related to product issues
    • Resolve problems to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes
    • Provide insights to enhance the organization's understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Administrative Support:
    • Ensure data accuracy and organization through regular file cleanups
    • Upsell other products as necessary to meet customer needs and business objectives
    • Assist with various responsibilities as assigned based on experience level and job growth
  • Influencer Outreach:
    • Support partnerships with influencers to boost brand awareness and community engagement
  • Others:
    • Perform additional duties as may be required from time to time to support the team and company goals
