Product Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to join our team and drive the success of our product portfolio.

Job Description:

  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps that align with market trends and customer needs.
  • Optimize Product Portfolio: Analyze product performance and market data to inform strategic decisions on product growth and innovation.
  • Lead Go-To-Market Execution: Develop and implement effective GTM strategies for new launches and refreshes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, informing product planning and innovation.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key product KPIs and adjust plans based on performance trends to drive growth and improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless planning and execution, promoting alignment and speed-to-market.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in product marketing or category management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Successful experience launching and growing product lines, with a proven ability to drive business results.
  • Skills: Strategic planning and lifecycle management, market segmentation and value proposition design, sales enablement and messaging, and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot.
