With branches in the Philippines, we are expanding our team in Metro Manila to support our marketing and brand initiatives.

The Role

We are looking for an full-time
Associate Marketing Manager

to join our Metro Manila team and help drive the growth of our brand. This role blends creativity, strategy, and execution—perfect for someone who understands both storytelling and performance marketing. You'll work closely with leadership and report to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer to create campaigns that connect with both local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and seasonal offerings
  • Manage social media content calendar and coordinate with creatives for photography, video, and copywriting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for better results
  • Coordinate with branch teams for on-site marketing execution and events
  • Manage influencer, media, and partnership collaborations
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Filipino)
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and performance tracking
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and brand aesthetics
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
