About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Operations Manager to spearhead our customer-facing teams' efficiency and growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Experience, this strategic role demands an analytical mindset with expertise in SaaS operations, renewal forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

This position entails designing scalable processes for our CS teams, ensuring seamless integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, and Zendesk, and developing actionable insights from reporting dashboards. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to drive cross-functional collaboration.

As the primary administrator and owner of Gainsight and Salesforce, you will oversee tool implementation, automate manual work, and provide exceptional support to Customer Success Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Define and refine workflows that streamline customer success, support, and onboarding operations.
  • Technology Enablement: Standardize playbooks, health scoring models, and customer journey maps within Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other CS tooling.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that inform leadership decisions.
  • Automation: Drive process automation to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.
About You
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, RevOps, or related operations roles.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • You have hands-on experience with Gainsight administration and strong Salesforce skills.
