Lead Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a high-level Business Development Officer to lead our client acquisition efforts and drive revenue during our night shift operations.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international digital markets.
  • Promote our services including SEO, social media, paid ads, and web development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide business development efforts.
  • Close high-value negotiations and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based night shift setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
