Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven digital marketing specialist to join our marketing team.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify SEO opportunities.
  • Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings (on-page and off-page).
  • Implement strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP (Search Engine Results Pages) rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all digital content.

Social Media Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance online presence and drive traffic.
  • Manage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop engaging posts, images, and videos that reflect the brand's voice.
  • Monitor and engage with followers and customers on social media.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and report on results.

Content Creation & Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, videos, etc.).
  • Ensure social media content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing goals.

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO and social media KPIs to measure effectiveness.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to analyze performance.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve ROI.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist and Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant content for a variety of platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a bonus.
