We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing exceptional support and services.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage crucial business systems and processes that directly impact team productivity. You will also be responsible for leveraging software tools to enhance workflows and contributing to staff training.

About the Role- Manage SimPRO software to create and update templates for quoting and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate training sessions for staff, maintain accurate records, and contribute to staff development.
- Prepare executive-level email responses with attention to detail and professionalism.

- Proven experience with SimPRO software
- Strong analytical skills to understand business operations and financial information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
