This role will play a crucial part in driving growth across our top-of-funnel marketing function and serving as our inside sales representative for interested individuals. Key responsibilities include owning and improving enrollment processes, handling inquiries and feedback, converting patients into program members, navigating financial conversations, and ensuring a smooth scalable patient experience.

We seek an individual with 2+ years of inside sales experience, a proven track record of scaling company processes, and expertise in working in fast-paced environments with minimal direction. Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and effective written and oral communication are essential. Experience in health-tech, medical office administration, or remote work is a plus.

This role will work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences, driving business growth and transformation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for patients who come to us via referral or website
  • Handling questioning and feedback from interested consumers
  • Converting patients into program members
  • Navigating financial and subscription plan conversations
  • Ensuring a smooth scalable patient enrollment process
  • Insurance enrollment and credentialing
  • Handling inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries
  • Collaborating with Carda's clinical staff and referring physician offices to improve operational processes
  • Leveraging technology and internal teams to resolve patient questions and challenges effectively
  • Working closely with our product and marketing team to define clinical workflow priorities and determine high-impact product changes

A successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of inside sales B2C experience with a proven track record of owning and scaling company processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Highly collaborative and excellent written and oral communication skills
