  • Use proprietary tools to estimate out-of-pocket insurance costs
  • Match patients with appropriate therapists based on location, specialty, and insurance compatibility
  • Schedule evaluations and follow-ups using EHR and calendar tools
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and outcomes across multiple practices
