Job Overview

The Workforce Management Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily performance of forecasting and scheduling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking team attendance timekeeping records, handling documentation related to company policy deviations on schedule adherence, conducting periodic performance appraisals of Schedule analysts, and alerting Operations to potential or real risks to production teams.

This role involves forecasting long-term and short-term headcount and seat requirements for business planning and service level coverage. The specialist will also create volume forecasts using Workforce Planning software, complete monthly, weekly, and daily forecasts with updated metrics, monitor daily performance against actual metrics, and apply changes to future plans.

Additionally, this role requires advance forecasting for review by senior management, planning for future staffing needs based on trend analysis and key developments, directing, supervising, and evaluating forecasting and scheduling workflow, and implementing Workforce Management Systems for effective shift management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A minimum of 1 year BPO experience is required.
